Having been involved in martial arts for over twenty years now, I have tried and tested probably every course out there at one time or another.
When I was younger I used to scour the back pages of martial art magazines looking for correspondence courses and information on hand to hand combat techniques,strength and power building. I sent off for everything I could find. Much of it was absolute rubbish and some of it was incredibly useful; mostly though they fell short of actually doing what they promised.

I was a looking forward to this fight a lot as I have been quite impressed with Kimbo’s personality and get your head down work ethic (at least that’s how the show’s editors have put him across anyway). I knew he could punch, those shoulders and arms are awesome but i wasn’t sure how he would handle being taken to the ground.
